Smoke Alarms Australia has acquired 100% of Landlord Compliance NSW, a provider of smoke alarm compliance services and general electrical services in the Illawarra and South Coast regions of New South Wales.

Landlord Compliance is the third acquisition the Merchant Place investor group has made in the Essential Home Services sector.

Smoke Alarms Australia is headquartered in Sydney but operates nationally. It is a leading provider of smoke alarm inspection services and electrical safety inspections for residential rental properties, with recurring annual contracts to manage compliance at over 260,000 properties across Australia.
